Interview with Peace Dialogue NGO’s president Edgar Khachatryan at the 1.am.
“Is it possible to buy all the weapons in the world and be able to get the most modern equipments in this rapidly evolving world? Developments occur very fast; those countries that have resources, they will immediately obtain military preparation techniques; however, we, as a small country, cannot be involved in a weaponry race.”
The discussion during the interview was related to the development objectives in Armenia, competent society, and preservation of values.
“A lot has changed in the world and we, as a small state, ought to realize what position we occupy in this changing world, what is the path that we choose and how to take the right direction. Otherwise, the charge of the wrong direction will be extremely hard to take,” Edgar Khachatryan.
